By accessing or using Grantly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Grantly provides an AI-powered platform for grant discovery, proposal assistance, and grant management. Services include grant matching, proposal drafting, deadline tracking, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Submit false or misleading information in grant applications
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the platform

5. Intellectual Property

Grantly retains ownership of its platform, algorithms, and branding. You retain ownership of your research data, proposals, and content created using the platform. We do not claim ownership of your work.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI assistant generates suggestions based on patterns from successful applications. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any content. Grantly does not guarantee funding success.

7. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance. We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you have not used premium features.

8. Limitation of Liability

Grantly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
